Terms of Service

ImageResizerTools provides browser-based image tools. You may use them for personal or commercial work without creating an account. You are responsible for having the right to process any image you upload.

You agree not to use ImageResizerTools to:

• Process material you do not have the legal right to use.
• Create or distribute unlawful content.
• Attempt to overload, probe, or circumvent limits on the service.
• Automate requests at a volume that degrades the service for others.

You keep all rights to the images you process. We claim no ownership or licence over them. Because files are processed in memory and never stored, we hold no copy once your download completes — see the Privacy Policy.

Free use is subject to a file size cap and a limit on how many images may be processed in a single batch. These limits are applied by the server and may change as capacity allows.

The service is provided as-is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any tool. We are not liable for loss arising from use of the service — always keep your own copy of an original file before processing it.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
